Creating a daily movement routine is an investment in your physical and mental health. By making movement a regular part of your life, you'll be setting yourself up for a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling existence.
This is a 12 week program designed to gradually increase the intensity and duration of your movement and yoga practice as you become more comfortable and confident. The program is intended to be implemented twice a week but listen to your body and take rest days when needed. There's no one-size-fits-all approach to daily movement, so personalize it to your own needs and preferences.

Gentle groove is a practice that prioritizes deep relaxation and inner stillness over physical exertion. It is composed of mostly passive stretches, postures and breath work designed to help one relax, decompress and maintain the flexibility and agility needed to function in everyday life. This yoga flow offers a multitude of benefits, both physical and mental. It can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, ease pain and stiffness, and boost your mood. It can also be a powerful tool for self-care and emotional wellbeing.

If you're looking for a yoga practice that will leave you feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed, Reset & Restore is definitely worth trying. It's a perfect way to unwind after a long day, or simply to take some time for yourself to connect with your inner peace. The poses are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. The emphasis is on letting go and surrendering to the pose. While mindfully engaging your muscles, you simply observe your breath and allow your body to soften and release tension.

Virtuous Vinyasa
Vinyasa yoga, often called "flow" yoga, is a dynamic and creative style of yoga characterized by seamless transitions between postures, synchronized with the breath. Think of it as a dance with your own body, where movement and breath become one. This practice will focus on moving gracefully from one pose to the next stringing together different postures that are presented in a fusion of yoga, Pilates and dance techniques. Just remember to listen to your body, don't push yourself too hard, and enjoy the flow!
